In 2011 we are running a Keys to Team Success series of events.

Our second open corporate networking event in this series which focuses on creating successful teams is Leading across Space and Time Zones and as part of our commitment to the Oxford Business community, we are offering a limited number places free of charge to local business leaders and internal HR professionals based in the region.

The keynote session Leading across Space and Time Zones – Key skills for leaders to create success with virtual and distributed teams will be presented by Professor David Clutterbuck from General Physics Ltd and Zulfi Hussain from Global Synergy Solutions Ltd. David and Zulfi will showcase ideas for improving team performance through working effectively with virtual and distributed teams. The keynote will be followed by a featured case presentation by Professor David Lane from the Professional Development Foundation and Pauline Willis from Lauriate Ltd.

Concluding with posters, refreshments and networking, both clients and suppliers of team development services will share their experiences. Leaders attending the event will benefit from practical ideas and tips for working effectively with their teams and be able to learn from each other as well as from leading academics, researchers and practitioners in the area of team development.
